Problem Summary

ROY110 Crystal Report shows all positive numbers. This report looks at Celerant which shows some of the numbers as negative. Thus the daily transaction totals do not match when there is a negative number in Celerant.

Detailed Problem Description

On January 9th, 2013 the below transaction from Celerant shows a negative sign for the price. Line 6 Barcode 886948140738 Total Price (column N) -12.5

On the ROY110 Crystal report that in BI Production server for January 9th 2013 week it shows a positive 12.5 (column M)

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Need to check the fields with formatting issues in the report.
2. Need to run the report with only fields having issues to check the data.
3. Need to check the data at the source end.
